Your cake will be refrigerated to keep it fresh and to ensure it is safe to transport from our bakery to your special event. We advise keeping the cake refrigerated until 30 minutes prior to eating. The cream cheese icing can get soft and fragile when too warm. To ensure the best experience, the cream cheese needs to stay cold.
